Quick Study Launch Success for Complex Rescued Trial

UBC took over a Phase III prostate cancer study with a first site initiation visit planned three months later. Within this time, UBC’s Evidence Development team needed to design and begin standing up this trial without sacrificing quality post-launch which would result in slowdowns.

Utilizing our patients first mentality and a modernized approach to study design and execution, UBC was able to overcome significant risks to the study and come out with an inclusive and efficient study that is now four months ahead of schedule.
