World Patient Safety Congress Americas 2026

Boston, MA
UBC is excited to participate at World Patient Safety Congress Americas 2026, the leading drug safety and pharmacovigilance event in the Americas. This three-day congress convenes more than 1,200 patient safety leaders — including C-suite executives, heads of pharmacovigilance, risk management leads, and safety technology innovators — to advance the science and practice of drug safety across the full product lifecycle. From AI and automation to global PV, regulatory compliance, and advanced therapy safety, this is where the Americas drug safety community comes to learn, connect, and define what’s next.

UBC brings decades of pharmacovigilance and risk management expertise to every program we support, combining deep regulatory knowledge with purpose-built technology to deliver safety solutions that are sophisticated, compliant, and designed for the complexity of specialty therapies. Whether you’re managing a growing PV operation, preparing for an FDA inspection, or navigating the safety requirements of a novel therapy, our team provides the strategic and operational support your program requires.

Stop by and meet us at Booth #626!

  • Pharmacovigilance: End-to-end global safety surveillance, ICSR processing, signal detection, aggregate reporting, and regulatory submissions aligned with FDA and international requirements.
  • Safety & Risk Management: Comprehensive REMS program design, implementation, and management, alongside integrated risk minimization and benefit/risk strategies for specialty therapies.
  • Advanced Therapy Safety: Purpose-built safety strategies for oncology, rare disease, cell therapy, and gene therapy programs, where standard PV approaches require meaningful adaptation.
