Chief Commercial Officer
Anthony Luttenberger serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of UBC leading the company’s comprehensive commercial strategy. He oversees global sales and marketing and is responsible for creating synergy and momentum to drive scale by increasing customer engagement, launching unique products, and maximizing legacy offerings across the UBC portfolio of Evidence Development, Safety & Risk Management, and Patient Access to drive demand and sustain growth initiatives.
Mr. Luttenberger brings more than 30 years of extensive strategic leadership in healthcare data and technology to UBC, with experience spanning the pharmaceutical product lifecycle from drug development, clinical trials, and post-approval product commercialization. Prior to UBC, he has held senior level positions with industry-leading organizations such as Cardinal Health Specialty Solutions, DMD (now IQVIA), UnitedHealth Group Optum, Symphony Health, and most recently served as Senior Vice President at Biofourmis. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Science at Kean University.
Chief Commercial Officer
Ty Quinn serves as the Chief Commercial Officer and is responsible for business development, marketing, proposals, and sales operations at UBC, working to implement commercial objectives and strategies.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in business development and operations spanning the life sciences and technology sectors to his role at UBC. He has held many leadership positions, including with INC Research, InVentiv Health Clinical, Florence Healthcare, and, most recently, docs24, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Innovation & Strategic Solutions
Brett Huselton serves as the Senior Vice President of Partnership, Innovation, and Strategic Solutions at UBC. He is responsible for expanding UBC’s partnerships and innovations practice, through dedicated focus on strategic growth, novel integrated offerings, and transformative approaches to delivering on UBCs Evidence and Access portfolio.
Mr. Huselton joined UBC in 2008 and has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical services industry, from early development through commercial support, globally. His focus is to direct and inform UBC in making meaningful decisions related to the transformation and advancement of our offering in supporting patient care through investing in new approaches, tools, infrastructure, real-world data, and technologies that can streamline the acquisition of key data, take advantage of advancements in the interoperability between systems being promoted externally across health systems, payers, data providers, and pharma. Mr. Huselton focuses not only UBCs internal core competencies and how the ‘integrated UBC’ can support the life-sciences sector, but also in connecting with external parties and novel solutions that extend the collective strength of the UBC offering. Mr. Huselton has degrees in Neuroscience & Psychology and earned his MBA from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
Chief Scientific Officer
Annette Stemhagen, DrPH, FISPE is an epidemiologist with over 35 years of public health research experience, including epidemiologic research and safety surveillance of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products, vaccines, and medical devices. She provides strategic consultative services with a focus on risk evaluation and mitigation strategies (REMS).
Dr. Stemhagen is active in the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology and the Drug Information Association and has served on the board of directors for each of these organizations. Dr. Stemhagen has held adjunct faculty appointments at the University of Pennsylvania in the School of Medicine, the Temple University School of Pharmacy, and the Drexel University School of Public Health. Dr. Stemhagen was appointed as the first Industry Representative to the FDA Drug Safety and Risk Management Advisory Committee.
Nathan Thompson serves as the Chief Information Officer of UBC where he is focused on overseeing the product development lifecycle, providing consultation to leadership on strategic initiatives enabled by technology innovations, best-in-class data integration, and analytics.
He brings over 20 years of experience leading complex technology, business operations, and corporate strategy initiatives within hospital administration and life sciences industries. He most recently served as Chief Information Officer and Head of Corporate Real Estate for Premier Research, successfully managing and implementing information and computer systems. Mr. Thompson is responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, operations and end-user services, enterprise architecture and application development, data and analytics, cyber security, and corporate facilities.
Michael Haratz serves as Chief Legal Officer where he leads all UBC’s legal and contracting activities, working to protect the interests and employees of UBC. Mr. Haratz brings over two decades of corporate law to his role at UBC, including experience within the biotechnology industry. He has litigated for years at prestigious firms, created his own business, and has recently served as the general counsel for a biotechnology and medical diagnostic laboratory.
Mr. Haratz earned degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers University, and he is currently active as an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his J.D. from Cornell University and has been active as an adjunct professor at universities in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Karen Turner serves as Chief Financial Officer of UBC. Ms. Turner provides leadership on the systems, infrastructure, and financial discipline to support UBC’s strategic initiatives in her positions. Additionally, she endeavors to enable efficient, scalable growth.
Ms. Turner brings more than 25 years of financial management, enterprise resource planning, and cross-functional leadership to UBC, with experience spanning the consulting, telecommunications, and clinical research industries. She joins UBC after most recently being at Clinipace, where she served as Chief Financial Officer, with responsibilities including financial planning and strategic planning for economic growth as well as future growth for Clinipace. She earned her bachelor’s degree at North Carolina State University and is a certified public accountant.
Lakshana Pujar serves as Chief Human Resources Officer. She focuses on the development and implementation of a human resources strategy that supports overall business goals geared toward accelerated growth.
She brings more than 20 years of human resources experience and previously served as Senior Vice President, Business Transformation and Human Resources for DFC Global. Ms. Pujar used her expertise to build centers of excellence in core human resources areas such as human resources strategy and policy, total rewards, payroll and benefits, human resources systems, and automation. She earned her bachelor’s degrees from Temple University and from the University of Delhi.
Head of Evidence Development
Aaron Berger serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Evidence Development Solutions for UBC. He leads a multi-disciplinary team that designs and executes modernized solutions leveraging forward-leaning technology and research designs that deliver fit-for-purpose evidence on the safety and effectiveness of treatments for patients.
Mr. Berger joined the UBC team in 2003 and has since served in a range of diverse roles leveraging global capabilities in the execution of peri- and post-marketing product development programs and real-world evidence generation. Mr. Berger previously served as the Head of Peri- and Post Approval Services and the Head of Global Late-Stage Services. He is responsible for the development of real-world data and real-world evidence technology architectures and decentralized research solutions to drive greater insight into the safety profile and value proposition of medicines.
Natalie O’Donnell, BSN, RN, serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Safety and Risk Management at UBC. She is responsible for UBC’s risk evaluation and mitigation strategy and pharmacovigilance services and plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products.
Ms. O’Donnell’s background includes more than 20 years of healthcare and clinical research experience, and she has worked in risk management for the last 12 years. Her career began as a registered nurse in the hospital setting where she was responsible for medical surgical patients and pediatric patients. She was also a certified oncology nurse. With a passion for patient-centric healthcare, she continues to drive excellence and ensure patient safety remains at the heart of UBC’s mission. Ms. O’Donnell received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Misericordia University in northeastern Pennsylvania followed by her Program Management Certificate from Villanova University.
Nicole Hebbert serves as UBC’s Senior Vice President and Head of Patient Access Services. She is responsible for all patient access services including operational excellence, client satisfaction, patient engagement, and program delivery. Her responsibilities extend externally to support customer relationship consulting initiatives surrounding a specialty product’s market entry, access channel, and supply chain considerations.
With over 30 years of leading specialty pharmacy and pharmaceutical services teams, Ms. Hebbert brings a unique perspective and experience to solving today’s patient service challenges. She previously served as Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Priority Health, where she launched some of the industry’s earliest reimbursement hubs and patient support programs for Aetna Specialty Pharmacy and Walmart Specialty. She joined UBC’s leadership team in 2014.
Operations Excellence
Allison Rutkowski, MS, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations Excellence at UBC, working to continually improve the many aspects of the company by overseeing business process management, process improvement, strategy execution, and overall business operations. She also works closely with the project management office.
She utilizes over 20 years of project management and clinical operations expertise to evolve UBC’s operational functions and develop key organizational strategies. Ms. Rutkowski’s extensive industry experience includes senior leadership roles at Syneos Health and extensive research operations experience at INC Research. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Business Administration in Pharmaceutical Management from Rutgers, and a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Bekki Bracken Brown serves as the President and CEO of UBC, guiding the company’s mission and values, including the improvement of access for patients to receive better outcomes. She oversees all aspects of UBC, such as operations, business growth strategy, sales and marketing, and acquisition support.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Ms. Brown brings knowledge from a successful career in senior management from her tenure at Quintiles, INC Research, and, most recently, with Syneos Health. She’s been a member of the North Carolina BIO Board of Directors since 2019. She is also a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association — Southeast Chapter and CHIEF, an organization that supports women executive leaders. Ms. Brown earned her bachelor’s degree at Duke University.
