Why Join UBC's Team

Maintaining a robust, dedicated team is important to meeting our customers’ needs and supporting our positive reputation. As an employee on UBC’s team, you can expect a committed employer that trusts your input and values your presence.

Our Employee Engagement Focus

UBC provides critical solutions that help biopharma mitigate risk, address product hurdles, and demonstrate safety, efficacy, and value under real world conditions. While working with UBC, you can expect a focus on individual differences, work-life balance, and comprehensive benefits.

Individual Differences

Diversity can help bring unique questions and thoughts to problem-solving sessions while also supporting a sense of belonging and inclusion.

Work-Life Balance

Our healthiest and happiest employees are those who maintain a good work-life balance. Hyper-fixating on work can result in burnout and ultimately in a loss of valuable UBC talent. Our flexible time-off policies, including discretionary time off or roll-over time for eligible employees, help support your overall well-being.

Comprehensive Benefits

We crafted our benefits plan with employees in mind—benefits include flexible time off plans, multiple insurance options, retirement plans, and other perks that round out the compensation package.

UBC Employees At-A-Glance
